I think it would be great to have a full 30 team minor league with each NBADL team owned and operated or at the least affiliated and working in accordance with an NBA team. Too often teams players on the end of the bench are second round and late first round choices that never see time on the court. A one on one affiliation of teams would allow each team to have coaches in the NBADL that would be running and teaching the system of the parent team and allow for development of players rather than just "playing time" for them.

Also, I think the NBADL needs to start active recruiting of players out of high school. In baseball, the decision for those with baseball talent is college or minor league ball after being drafted. But with the age rule in the NBA, the NBADL has a unique opportunity to start marketing to those high school players that don't want to go to college and want to start their basketball careers right an alternative close to home to make money and bide their time waiting for the NBA draft. Heck, I don't know if age rules apply in the NBADL but the could go so far as to recruit 17 year olds to 2 year contracts while getting them their GEDs.

This type of expansion into a talent field that is being consumed by NCAA basketball would more than allow for the expansion of the NBADL while maintaining high quality athleticism and basketball.

If you guys can come up with 14 more cities that will draw more than flies, it sounds good. But right now, I question whether an astute businessman would invest in a league that has very little attendance.
